RULES OF BROADCAST
RANK IS THE TOTAL PAID BID. NOTHING ELSE.
Bids are whole US dollars. New listings start at $5; raising an existing one starts at $1. What you enter is what you pay now; it adds to the listing's total.
Paying less than Channel 1 still puts you on the board at whatever channel that total earns. A tie never displaces the listing that got there first.
Anyone can raise any listing. Ranks are never reserved.
Websites and X @handles only. Chat and invite links and link shorteners are rejected. Query parameters are stripped: affiliate and tracking URLs will not work.
Card payments only, processed by Stripe. Refunded or disputed payments are removed from the total and the board recomputes. A listing at $0 leaves the air.
Listings that break the law or the rules are taken off the air without refund.
Payment issues: write to info@channel01.tv before initiating a dispute or chargeback. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

A PAY-TO-RANK BOARD, DRAWN AS A 1970S TELEVISION.
Every listing is a channel. Rank is the total paid bid — nothing else. The highest bid holds Channel 1 and is what's on when the set powers up.
Anyone can put a site on the air from $5, or raise any listing from $1. Clicks go straight to the listed site. A completed payment is what claims the rank.
No ads. No accounts. No algorithms. Just a television that shows whoever wants it most.
